Please read and agree to the following policies and rules *	End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Reaper Miniatures Painting Contest and Garage Sale. Painting Contest 1. Contestants must be 13 years or older. If the contestant is under 13, they must be able to produce written parental consent upon demand. 2. Entries must be painted Reaper figures produced by Reaper Miniatures, Inc. (RMI). Conversions are allowed as long as component parts are identified with Reaper part numbers, that is, all commercially manufactured parts used in conversion or basing must be manufactured by Reaper. One can custom create components, and materials used must be identified. Bases themselves are considered commodity items, like flocking or putty, and may be from another manufacturer. 3. Contestant must have a valid email address to register. 4. The contest will open on the first business day after the first day of the given month. Contestants will have the opportunity to post images for approximately 14 days before voting is open. During those 14 days contestants will be able to change their entry information and images at their will. Once voting is open, contestants will not be allowed to alter any of their entry information for any reason. Voting will be open for seven days at which point voting will close and final results will be tallied. The remainder of each month will be used for administrative purposes, such as contacting winners, and resetting the contest in preparation of the following month's contest. People wishing only to vote may register to do so at any time, but may only cast a vote during the designated voting period. 5. The Reaper-Groupies maling list (http://www.reapermini.com/mailman/listinfo/reaper-groupies) will be used to inform users of when the contest is open for the month and when voting will open and close. 6. The first place winner of the Popular Vote contest is ineligible for the following month's contest. 7. The first place winner of the "Design Your Own Mini" ladder is ineligible for the following quarter's contest. 8. Contestants competing in the Popular vote contest will not be able to win more than three times per year. 9. In the event of a tie in the Popular Vote contest, the winners will be decided by RMI judges. 10. Contestants in the "Design Your Own Mini" contest will not be allowed to win more than once per year. 11. Employees or authorized agents of RMI are prohibited from entering. 12. Two classes of winners, monthly and quarterly: a. Selected by the population at large. Three winners will be honored each month. b. Selected out of 10 figures RMI feels are most noteworthy. RMI and its authorized agents will judge the winner of the selection. Three winners will be selected, one from each month in a quarter. Of those three, the best overall figure will be selected to design their own figure for RMI. The First and Second Runners-up will receive prizes as well. c. Prizes are subject to change without notice. 13. All images submitted become the copyright property of RMI. 14. "Design Your Own Mini" winners' submissions must be original concept art and free of all intellectial property constraints. Upon creation, all intellectual property rights related to the production of the "Design Your Own Mini" competition product (including, but not limited to, models, concept art, etc.) revert to RMI. 15. All decisions in the administration of the contest made by RMI or its authorized agents are final. 16. Eligibility in the contest can be revoked for a variety of reasons including, but not limited to, failure to protect user identity and anonymity (within the pages of the contest), willful posting of a non-Reaper Miniature figure, willful posting of an image of questionable content, use of foul language, contest tampering, ballot stuffing, and general faliure to abide by the rules of the contest. 17. Cheating will not be tolerated and will lead to disqualification from the current contest. More than two incidences of cheating will bar the contestant from the contest permanently. 18. Retouched images will not be allowed in the competition. Only basic color correction will be allowed. A list of prohibited retouching elements includes, but is not limited to: Multi-angle shots, labeling, airbrushing, adding highlights, digital coloring, blending, adding blur, glow, or other special effects. 19. Entries are subject to review by Reaper Miniatures or its authorized agents and subsequent approval. 21. Rules are subject to change without notice. 22. RMI collects personal information for contest, eligibility, administrative actions, and prize verification. RMI will never sell, disseminate, or divulge personal information collected. 23. Vote information is strictly confidential. RMI will endeavor to keep a record of voting results for at least a year, or as long as keeping such records is technologically feasible. 24. No purchase necessary. Many wil enter, few will win. 25. By entering the Reaper Miniatures Painting Contest, the contestant agrees to the rules as presented. Garage Sale 1. Participants must be 13 years or older. If the participant is under 13, they must be able to produce written parental consent upon demand. 2. A bid serves as your intent to purchase. Do not make a bid you have no intention of honoring. 3. To claim your auction item, you will be emailed instructions for claiming your item. Please follow those instrucions exactly. 4. Purchase of original artwork extends rights of ownership to posession of your purchase item only. Reaper Miniatures, Inc. (RMI) Intellectual Property remains solely in ownership of RMI with all rights regarding, but not limited to, derivative works, publishing, reproduction, and other methods of distribution belonging exclusively to RMI. 5. RMI reserves the right to cancel or suspend an auction at will. 6. You knowlingly participate in this auction within the legal boundaries of your place of residence. 7. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs. 8. Purchaser may not redeem Black Lightning points to purchase an auction item. I agree
