I am planning to play a dwarven fighter type with long poleaxe. I still remember old Lost Worlds combat book. And now I can let a D&D PC use a poleaxe thanks to Complete Warrior book.
Do you guys know some good Dwarf minis with long poleaxe? Or , some good dwarf mini and good weapon set to create one?

male or female dwarf?
there is a female pole-arm dwarf in the Boneyard that I'm partial to.
we have a converted copy of this one with a pole-arm. The teen did this, it wasn't high on the difficulty scale.
or look through the dwarves to see what strikes your fancy. my opinion, go to the Online Store and search for "dwarf" and for "dwarven" to find them all.
and while there run a "weapons pack" and "weapon pack" as well.

Ghost minis has a set of dwarves with polearms and greatswords [ BTW New wave is great for pictures but has a bad reputation so find another company to order through if possible]
One of the best gamestores in chicago does international mail orders and so they might be a good choice. http://www.games-plu...s/mailorder.htm http://www.games-plu...ghost_minis.htm

GD04 Dwarves w/ Swords & Halberds (6 minis) 2 not shown

Discounthobby.com is a good place to try[sadly the store does not carry ghost minis]. Owner is helpful and gives a fair discount on minis. I have had about 8 orders through this company.
Grendel dwarven spearmen
Rafm dwarf - prime canidate for axe moding.
Can you find just an axe head? use the following method for the lenghtening of the handle.

If so then you would just need a paperclip and a pin vice.
How are things going on your side of the world Shin?
Edit: If you cant find anything where you live, I have some extra plastic dwarves i could just let you have, i'll make the pole axe for you, only thing i would ask was something in exchange for the postage. [Global Priority Mail - Flat-rate Envelope (small) 4 - 6 Days $5.00 6" x 10"] PM me if you like the idea.
i have some of these plastic guys unpainted as well as various mage knight dwarves.
