This figure is Reaper's Nice Fairy, from the Fairies and Nymph 3 pack. I added the following, all done with greenstuff:
dress
flower in her hair
butterfly on her hand
mushrooms on base

Copy-pasted from the WIP thread:
After attaching the wings, I had to add some green stuff around them on her back to fill in the gap. Unfortunately, I didn't smooth it out before it dried, and I didn't want to file or sand for fear of messing up the paint job. So...she has some lumpy areas on her back near the wings. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with how this figure turned out.
