Looking for information on Dragon Thralls. Or help "making one up". I found a reference in a module about them, not to mention the female half elf that is thrall to Kaladrax the Draco lich. Wanted to use the idea, but didn't know if there was actually any "game" information out there already made up for them. Or if I would have to work from scratch.

As far as I know, the Kaladrax article is the only one out for Reaper's stuff.

I was looking at a book by a differnt publisher called "Dragon" but it didn't have anything about dragon thralls, was hoping there would be something more specific thatn "dragons take slaves". Maybe I will just "make something"

Hi Lady Tam :)
I've actually seen a few of what I'd consider dragon thralls. There is a set, produced in 1994, called Elemental Dragons Fire and Water that in addition to the two dragons contains two thralls. It was made by RAFM, has a number of 2016 by the maker emblem, and the dragons are referred to as Bastak (fire) and Hyratia(water). The water dragon has a mermaid type thrall and the fire dragon has what looks like a female fire elemental. I've only had the set about 9mo or so and wish I could remember where I ordered it from but..I've ordered so many this last few months that it's sorta blurred together.
Also, if you have a forrest dragon I'd use a ranger type mini, or perhaps a fairy, as a thrall! Maybe there are a few more combinations that folks could brain storm for?

This may or may not be where you got it from, but DiscountHobby.com carries most of RAFM's miniature lines, including the elemental dragons you mentioned.
link to figures
It never occurred to me that the two humanoid figures that are included might be thralls. I feel dumb now. :oo:

Dragon Magazine published an article a while back with a Dragon Servitor prestige class in it... similar to the 'Monster Cultist' Pres. Classes that were published in the last 3 issues... Would this sort of thing help?
(If so, I can probably find a way to get you a copy of the article, or something!:) )

I'm still lurking around somewhere...

the Dragon Servitor thing might work. Will have to check FLGS tomorrow and see what was in the last few issues. (And check to see if I have it and just didn't notice that!
Thanks!
Tammi
P.S. Have the RAFM Elemantal dragon sets, they are tres cool, and I would consider them more like companions rather than thralls.
