Was looking at Andrea Miniatures to see the newest Chronicles of Narnia figures and noticed that their "Painting Fantasy Figures" painting guide is out (as well as painting indians).
They have some pretty neat modeling guides that are worth checking out.

Hehe.. I love their "General" line of figures. I am tempted to get the Jonses on the motorcycle. :)

Ill have to check out a couple of area hobby stores that carry Tamyia to see if they have these.

You can find most of the books by Andrea miniatures online through Amazon.com. I found a few that way and purchased them used through the Amazon Marketplace. They are good books for reference.

I found a few of the 70mm "chick" series models that I wanted. I could only order them through the local scale train retailer and they were like 60 dollars each. I passed on that deal. They do however have some very nice stuff. makes me want to increase my pewter budgett.
