Started this guy yesterday. It will be my last Freebooter model for a while as I plan on working on several of the new DHL Klocke models. I promise.

Skin tones look fantastic so far.
Fantasy Football: It's like Dungeons and Dragons for guys who used to beat up the kids who played Dungeons and Dragons.

Oooh... looking good! The skin tone's nice... How much of the armor is 'done'? It looks really interesting so far.
I haven't seen this figure painted yet...lookin' forward to it!

Polo- The armor is close to done. I'll probably wash it with grey/black, then give final highlights. I'm still not sure if I want to do gold accents or not. I may just leave it. I'm kinda going for a metallic bone look.

Hey Blue!
The latter, primed black, the worked up to white from dark grey. I am hoping to do a controlled wash of dark grey to give it better contrast, then highlight before calling it done. I spent about 5 hour last night just to get the armor layered to this point!

Awesome... that's what I was hoping to hear. I thought that it might just be primed (it looks white), but you're right, it's got a 'bone' thing going on... Tre' cool. I really like it. Very striking!

He looks great so far Stern. I like the skintone and that armor is a very different take then any other versions I have seen. I can't wait to see the finished version!

Thanks guys! I didn't make much progress on him yesterday due to NFL playoff games. I did prep and assemble 4 new DHL models and another Freebooter model so it wasn't a total wash... 
I will try and get some done tonight.
Thanks again for the encouragement.
T78- Yes, I would be willing to post a flesh tutorial. I've been using about 6-7 different shades of the MSP skin tones. I'll try and put something together as I start work on my next model.

So I have to find someone else doing a WIP of freebooter's latest dark elf? I can't just rely on Stern anymore. Oh well, all good things must come to an end.
