So I ordered a couple of things from reaper last weekend and it showed up this afternoon, here's the interesting part I put a special request in with the order that they do a jig while mailing the shipment.

So when I check my invoice there's a hand written youtube url on it.

just wanted to say thanks guys I got a good laugh out of that.

It's so nice to see a healthy sense of humor in the business world! Bravo Reaper.

Sometimes it is the little things that make the biggest impression.

I've gotten some doozies from them in the past that made me laugh or just smile. They're a good bunch.

How do these people NOT have a sense that someone is right up on them??

That is ridiculous! I can't believe that Reaper would hire such unprofessional people. This is an insult to their customers and the industry at large. I might never buy anything from Reaper again if I can't even trust that my orders will be fulfilled without some goofball mucking around with them.

And oh yeah... that's hilarious. :)

Lol, this reminds me if competitive cyclist. I had ordered a new frame and parts to build up a new ride and in special instructions had asked for some original artwork...

We get those from time to time, also.

Wait, so when I put in orders I can ask for handwritten notes that say "Hail Buglips!" and "Buglips is Awesome!" ???

Why am I only learning of this now?

Incidentally, my old shop account (I had to make a new one this year, guess the old one expired or somethin) actually used to list "Buglips" as the recipient so that was the name written on the package.

This required some explanation the time I had to sign for one.

Buglips, that is just epic, and so very wrong.

I think I've asked for them to dance and sing, and one to go to the orchard and buy a nice honeycrisp apple.

Whenever I order pizza online, I always put a request on the Special Instructions to draw something on the box. You'd be surprised how often they'll do it. I've had dragons, dinosaurs, wizards, orcs, and trolls.
