The CMPA (Colorado Miniature Painting Alliance) has been a bit in the breeze since Attactix closed down. However, we have still managed to meet regularly but in a few different locations. Right now we have settled on Atomic Games in Golden Colorado for our 2nd Saturday meetings. He is opening up 10am to accommodate us. If you are in the area and have lost track of us that's where we will be in October and probably for the foreseeable future. Our next meeting is 10/13/2012
Atomic Games West is located at 1921 Youngfield Street #206 Golden, CO 80401. We still meet on the 3rd Sunday of each month at Mythplaced Treasures and the 4th Saturday at Gamers Haven in Colorado Springs
Everyone from newbies to experienced veterans is welcome to join us. The only requirement is to bring your paints, brushes and, of course, miniatures. Its a great way to meet some truly great painters, ask questions, get advice and critiques. Some of my regulars include Lili Troy, Michael Proctor, Jen Kaufman and Phil Esterle all have painted for Reaper at one time or another. So come on down and join us.

Just bumping this up, since our meeting is this coming Saturday. We will also be discussing the painting competition for Genghis Con XXXIV which is next February so stay tuned for information on that competition. We like to think of Genghis as the opening of the painting competition season.
