When using Beckoning Call WA plus Necklace of Worm Teeth, can you call non-burrowed models to Kurand while he is burrowed?

Assuming the model being called has the Burrowing SA, I don't see why not. However, seeing as the Necklace of Worm Teeth is Unique, and the only Soldier or Elite model with the Burrow SA in the faction is the Coloti, your choices for models that can be called to a burrowing Kurand are severly limited.
