I agree with Baph and Obsidian - the armor/metallics look great. Additionally the base looks to be shaping up well.
The pose looks awkward however, it seems the spear is just off (based on the grip and balance of weapon weight).

I really like the metallic parts of the armor.
The conversion looks nice as well, was it hard to cut off the head to reposition it?
What’s going on with the glue, was it dry when you took the pictures?

a little because i had to cut the neck and the hair, the glue was fresh when i took the pic, i like the misty swampy look
