A really nice sculpt by Jason Weibe, this little guy was great fun to paint! He'd been sitting on my 'shelf of shame' with Dain Deepaxe for over a year and I wanted to finish him. I used some of my new 'non metallic metallic' technique on him as well. I was especially pleased with how his shield came out. I'm not sure where Kragmarr is, but I hope it snows there--at least once in a while! :)

Great expression. Nice metal and shield. Especially like the shading on the shield.

Great paint in the morning!!

Kragmarr is in the Warlord Savage North book, so the snow is spot on.

Good job, especially on the choices of colors on the detail bits, they really stand out!

That is a far more beautiful-looking shield than I would have imagined possible if I'd just looked at the bare miniature. That's some wonderful bronze shading, and I really like the gradient/shadow on the colored portions of the shield.

That's really nice work all over. I really need to try out non-metallic metal techniques
