I like how the white robe part came out. Reminds me of an old cleric character of mine.

Really nice use of color. The skin tones on her face are also very nice. Great Job.

Nice work, I also like the pale blue and white robe. The flowers are a great addition too.
Have you consider giving a try at painting the eyes?
Painting the eyes as always been my personal nightmare but it gives a lot of character to minis.

It looks like you have blended the white robe fairly well. The blue details in comparison seem to make very sudden colour jumps, a more gradual transition of colour there would make a big difference.

I do like the colour scheme though.

Very pleasant to look at overall.

Few nitpicks:
There seems to be some stray white in the blue field on the shield, above the boss.
Some color from the guard seems to have splashed onto the blade of the sword.
The blade also could use a little more cleanup prep-wise--fill in the pits with some putty and sand off the bit of flash at the tip.

I agree with ObsidianCrane about the robe: looks nice but a few glazes of blue between the darkest blue and the whitest white would make this robe look pro. If you pile a white bed sheet in a room with natural light, you'll see only the highest highlights will be pure white.
