I know its not cheap, but what would be the process to go through Reaper and have a mini made if you want a particular "thing" made from your imagination? Or is it even possible?
I have heard that some artists will create a master figure for personal oprders for around $500, I did not know if that would be something I could get done through Reaper to have a spin cast mold made.
Thanks.

That would be a good ballpark for the sculpting costs of the green, depending on what you want, how big it is, and whom you have sculpt it. To start with, you'd need some art for the sculptor to work from. If you don't already have good art for it, you'd either need to find someone, or the sculptor may be willing to do it. Either way, that would be some additional cost. You'd probably not want to paint the green, so then you are looking at the cost to prep it for mastering (especially if it needs to be cut into parts to be cast properly), the cost of a master mold, cleaning and prepping the master copies, a production mold, and then finally some production casts. You could probably skip the last couple steps if you only wanted a couple copies of it, but seeing as those would be the master figures, unless you had a production mold made, you could never have any more produced after that.
Other than the artwork and sculpting the green, Reaper can handle all the rest of the steps. I don't recall exact costs on master and production molds, but a better total project cost for a metal production figure is going to be somewhere closer to $800-1000, when it is all said and done.
Last I knew, Matt Clark was responsible for contracting casting stuff. I'd recommend contacting him (matt@reapermini.com) for more exact costs from Reaper's end of it. There are a number of sculptors who lurk on the forums (like Gene, Patrick, Trey, Jason, Julie, and Bob); they could give you a better idea a) if they are accepting comissions, and b) how much they would charge for your project.

I'm currently open for sculpting comissions. I'm not quite as prestigious as the sculptors Shak mentioned, but would be interseted none the less. For a sample of my work see: http://www.reapermin...ds/latest/03589 and http://www.reapermin...p/page__st__135. That's all I can show now; all my other sculpts have not yet been announced by my clients.
If you are interested, PM and we can discuss it.

Also, unmentioned option thus far: go to ReaperCon, bring friends with you, do lots of stuff to earn Reaperbucks, and win a DYOM (design your own mini) from the auction. You thereby skip all the associated costs and headaches, and get your mini added to the Reaper line. Like, say, 3370... *grin*
