So a long time ago, when I first discovered miniatures and tabletop fantasy games thanks to a friend, probably in the early 2000's, reaper was a lot more into releasing casketworks magazines every once in a while. (do they still do that?)

I remember quite clearly that there was a small line of figures advertised for three or four pages that were of an oriental fantasy sort and may or may not have been much to look at.
They vanished from the second mag I ever picked up, and I never gave them a second thought because I was unimaginative and very strict about what 'belonged' in fantasy during my youth. (*shame*)
Right now I'm looking for some bandits, and a few of those figures would probably make splendid roadside cutthroats in many a D&D game.
What was this line called? who made them? were they owned by reaper and dropped due to a lack of sales?
I remember one figure in particular, a sort of shaggy oni-wolf beast called a 'horned snow hunter' or something like that.
Daimyo, was it?
Thanks for any help!

edit: ohhhh wait, I found it. It WAS daimyo, or so I believe. Shame it was 15 mm. ;__;
Wrote this topic out all out nice just to find it out not five seconds later.. grumble grumble...

Exalted or Damiyo sound like what you're talking about. Neither are produced any more, to the best of my knowledge.
Selling painted miniatures. PM with enquiries.

They were sold to GFI, which unfortuately closed its doors just over a year ago. http://www.miniature...me_Figures,_Inc They are 25mm.

You can still find them on Ebay from time to time.
