I recently unearth the old scrye counters my husband and I used. He bought both at about the same time, probably the same place (not sure when exactly though it was in the mid 90's), they're the '94 old wizard with crystal ball ones, but one of them only says "scrye counter" twice on each side and does not have a date stamp. The other has "reaper miniatures" and "scrye counter" on both sides. The one with only "scrye counter" has P and 4A hand-engraved on the bottom of the wizard, similar to the U 12 A (or 12 4, it's hard to tell if that one has an a or a 4) on the other one. Looking on ebay and the photos online I could find, everything else where I could make it out it always has "reaper miniatures" on it.
Does anyone know if the one with only "scrye counter" was an original run before they added "reaper miniatures", or what the explination could be? Thanks!
