Need to jazz up a base & I thought of using coin & such. I recall there was something that replicated mini coins quite well but I can't remember it off hand.

I've seen people slice small greenstuff "snakes" into coins and paint them when they dry.

The smallest size hole punch, like from a fabric store or craft store, produces nice little round bits that I use as coins and as rivets. Punch them out of thinner styrene sheets, or even one of those flimsy FOR SALE or GARAGE SALE signs.

Gold sequin..You can probably get it at any place that sells fabric. Also comes in silver and I've seen it in bronze too.

I have a bunch of round cut glitter that makes nice coin piles...though stacking then is a bit of an exercise.

You glue the glitter on with white glue. The coins look real natural on a dragon's base.A nice little breeze flows through............
