Thanks for looking, C&C welcome. Tried NMM for the first time on this piece. The good news is, the blade is so small it's easy to kind of orverlook/forgive if it didn't come out quite right. But that makes it also too small to be really great to practice with.

Not too shabby Jen. I don't like this sculpt for a variety of reasons, but your NMM is coming along... Maybe just tigthen the edge lines up a bit and try to make sure you get some pure white hot spots in there...

I like everything but the cloak as I think there needs to be less pure black in the shadows. This is an issue that I'm currently working on so it stands out more then it normally would.

The leather is top notch though, love how used it looks.

The NMM is pretty good for just starting out with it. The overall color scheme you chose is great, the colors work well together. I really love the burnt orange tunic. Keep up the great work.

For me, the really stand-out part is his leather/orangy coloredmjerkin. I think he came out really nicely and as one who has his own issues with NMM, I think you did a fine job.

Way to go on your first NMM! I'm also really liking your color scheme and the burnt-orange jerkin does look great. I think you also did an awesome job on the boots which have the cracked/aged leather appearance. The face is very well done. I do agree with the above poster about the cloak as it does appear a bit harsh from the shadows to the highlights, but the quality of your work and the 'darker' appearance of your mini makes it work!! :)
