I'm curious about this mini... is the shield part of the mold or is it a separate piece that gets attached?

I'm considering this mini for a character, and I love his armor and pose... but, I don't care for his sword and shield. Now, a sword conversion would be pretty simple, but I'm not so sure about the shield.

Thanks for any help!

Just looking at the pic, it looks like the shield and left arm are a single separate piece. Though it's not showing a boneyard logo...
"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."

Looks fused to me. Don't own it though.

The arm and shield are a separate piece sprued to the tab making this a single piece casting, but a two part model. The arm is cut just above the elbow and is integral to the sheild.
