Is there any chance we could move this to Saturday after the awards? Reaper Bryan has me scheduled to run games every evening except Saturday.

Rastl why don't we still plan to meet in the game shop friday at nine for those wanting a marble painting demo? I would love to see your technique as I will be painting my first HA building soon and my next project will be a fountian.

I can be available for marble and other faux stone painting demos/tutorials/etc. whenever I'm wandering about aimlessly. Friday at 9 I should remember to show up. One thing to know is that I like to paint lots of different colors of marble - not just black and white.

I'll try to remember to bring some smooth pieces with me or we can use paper. If you have some bring them along.

Just built my first set today. I completely love it! I'm hooked and I'm dying to get my hands on some more molds.

Did anybody get to meet up at ReaperCon? I was busy running games or hitting the Boneyard most of the time. I did get to talk to a few people about HA, but no actual group meetings that I heard about.

Castle builder, can you tell us how you made the stargate-like portals please? I can't find the notes I took when you told me the first time.

I had all the stuff to teach how to paint marble as well as 2 bags of various and sundry Hirst goodness. I just never found any of you guys.

Outek built them. They are from the 4" round gothic mold. The outer ring was the 5" blocks, which made a time consuming pain for Outek. The loops had to be sanded to allow them to spin.

Yea I waited around Friday and Saturday night but never found anyone but Shogan. Hopefully next year we can meet up and talk. I'll see what I can do about bringing a few pieces too.

Sorry I missed you Rastl, I was looking but never saw you. Not that I knew who I was looking for =)
