I submitted the list of Reaper events for Origins 2012 earlier today. Just to get you primed and ready, the Reaper Demo Crew will be running:

Dragon's Night Out (Warlord)
Ebontop Dungeon Crawl (Warlord)
The Sunken City of Scynneoa (Warlord)
Assault on the Gestapo HQ (Reich of the Dead)
High Noon in Denton County (Cowboy Shootout R.A.G.E. rules)

Is the "Dragon's Night Out" scenario available for download? I know 1st edition had a generic dragon data card, but it would be great to have one for 2nd edtion as well as play that scenario. Word on the net is that it is a great one!

Regards,
Eric

Are you just looking for stats on a dragon or the whole scenario? The scenario isn't available for download anywhere, but if you drop me a pm I am happy to share a copy with you.

Dragon's Night Out was my introduction to the Warlord ruleset at GenCon last year. I had the opportunity to play the Killer Bunny and had a fantastic time. The scenario was well thought out and the people running the event were fantastic at teaching the rules while keeping the game humming along. We were so impressed that me and my two friends went from playing the game to buying a starter Warlord army at the Reaper booth right after the game.

I'd love to get a copy of the scenario as well if that's okay.

Ok, I pulled up my Dragon's Night Out data files. Once I started looking around I realized that I have no organized way to share the files. They work fine for me because I know how the game should work. For anybody else, not so much. Give me some time to type up a summary of the game and it's mechanics, then I will put toghether something I can share with you. And of couse you picked the time when I am crazy busy getting ready for ReaperCon and Origins. I promise to work on it, but I can't guarantee when. And poke me once a week or so to make sure I don't forget........

ReaperCon went very well. The cowboy shootout ran almost constantly. The sunken city may not have looked as cool as I had hoped it would, but the scenario played out really well. I had a blast running it and it seemed like the players had a good time too.

I took the first load down to Origins today (Checks watch, "Yup, it's still Wednesday....). I'm home to do more work and get the second load ready to go in the morning. Hopefully I can squeeze some sleep in there too. I found out when I got down there that Geek Chic has a lounge on the second floor. Apparently I am going to have to add Warlord in Wonderland to my list of games. No details yet, but stay tuned!

Castlebuilder,

Hope all went well at Origins! Saw a few pics of the "Warlord in Wonderland" and it looked REALLY cool. My wife would have loved to play that! Also, just giving a friendly "poke" about the Dragon's Night Out scenario we're dying to get our hands on. I've worked out something for my demo game at Hurricon, but would love to do some long-term plans to maybe get that game in front of some people at Warcry.

Cheers!
Eric

While a trip to Orlando in September sounds like a nice idea, I already have to much going on this fall. I am happy to share the scenarios and give advice if you want to try and run the events yourself. And yes, Warlord in Wonderland is a real fun game.

Castlebuilder,

I'm really interested in your Dragon's Night Out and Warlord in Wonderland, though any scenarios you have would be great!

Thanks,
Eric
