Issues with Reaper Bone Shadow MS Paint

I started using the Reaper Bone Shadow Master Series Paint. I bought the paint a long time ago (at least a year or more) and just got around to using it to paint up a skeleton for a wash.
Shook the paint up really well, at least a minute or so. The paint would not come out in drops, it came out in a line almost like it was gummy. Any ideas how to thin this down, or am I stuck with a bad bottle and need to get a new one? I couldn't get drops out of the bottle (just came out in a long dangling line of paint).
Thanks,
Arkayn

Get a pin and clear the nozzle. Shake the hell out of the bottle, until the shaker rattles. If it still comes out thick or you cannot hear the rattle after a solid minute of shaking, open the top and put in a few drops of distilled water. Repeat. You may need more than a few drops.
I find the metallics need thinning, too.

I don't know how long they warrantee their paints for, whether it's like a year or lifetime or what, but they have always been very helpful to me.
