Does anyone have plans to run a mini exchange in the May/June/July time frame?
I thought I would ask now so I could make plans to shop at Reapercon, or hold back one or two of the duplicate figures I have for trade-in.

Because I really hate chasing down the late people. I've done it enough for my other hobbies, now I only run centralized exchanges, and minis aren't suited for that format.

Agreed, I had a lot of fun in the last one but I feel bad when people back out last minute and others have to cover their minis. It's very unfair.
