This not so much a venting or a flaming of my customers post as more of a way of trying to figure out what more I can do to show/tell what condition they are in.
Any thoughts out there?

I think you just encountered some jerks. Sadly, there is no pleasing everyone.
The thing is that if someone was to read this it would imply that I did something less then honest. This is not how I work and not how I would like to be represented. I may have to contact an Ebay rep and see if I can get rid of the positive removed.

I know that you can post a comment on Negative Feedback to provide your side of the story, not sure about Positive. Might want to look into it. I seriously doubt Ebay will delete a comment you don't like. That's kinda the point of comments.
If this is the case what can I do?
This sux.

Not a whole lot. It sucks that this had to happen when you have so little feedback to begin with, but it's just the way it goes.
My recommendation would be to live with it and not stress over it too much (since you don't have much choice anyway). Most people will see that all the rest of your feedback is positive, including complimenting the painting.
If you're REALLY bothered by it, you can always put up a bunch of stuff for sale (maybe even unrelated to minis or unpainted stuff) or buy a bunch of stuff and knock it off of the first page; no one will notice it since it's just another positive at that point.
Also, be glad they didn't neutral or negative you. That would cause a lot more notice and be harder to "hide".

If *I* was looking at your feedback I would not hold that one comment against you, seeing as how the buyer didn't dislike it enough to make it a real negative mark.
I do think it is a good idea to add more text description. "This item is used and may show some handling or wear, but there is no bare metal or broken pieces" sort of thing.

I was once able to get a negative that I left for someone by mistake removed, but it was a PITA. Ebay has a strict no-removal policy and I doubt you'll get a response on a positive.

This would definitely work. Thanks for this.

So, I've recently been noticing that when I get into a heated bidding exchange on e-bay, I often lose at the last second... Now, I can handle getting sniped, but here's where I get frustrated. Often times, shortly after I have lost the auction, I get a "Second Chance Offer". My concern; How do I know there is not a false bidder working with the seller to boost the price of his/ her item, knowing full well that they will not have to pay because they never intended to buy the item... They retract their bid, I get a SCO at the last price I bid. It just feels like a SCAM to me.
Does this make sense? I have presented my case to e-bay, but they will not respond to the issue.

Yes there is a chance that there are people that will do a second chance offer after falsely inflating the auction. Very hard to prove though. Note the user id and see if there is a pattern. If you see a pattern avoid that bidder.
