What? A whole day into the month with no Roll Call thread? How am I supposed to procrastinate like that?

I know, I know. I should have started a thread already. . . .
My workbench for the month:
Exchange figs (conversion, unit, normal) - these get worked on pretty much every day until done, I hope.

Army-sized projects for 2011 - Warmahordes - Minions, Skorne, Retribution, Circle, Cryx, possibly Cygnar. WFB - Ogres, Skaven, Dwarves, Orcs and Vampire Counts. 40k - Tau, Guard, Marines, Orks. FoW - German, Soviets, Brits. DBA - 6 armies. 25mm Western figs. Some giant stompy robots for CAV and HG. A bunch of 25mm Romans just because. Maybe a couple of Warmaster armies.
The listing above is only a WIP. No big deal, since almost everything on it is a WIP as well.

I went 1 for 4 last month. The roll-call item I succeed at was terrain. (All totaled I did 19 terrain pieces last month. Some were last minute and not on the roll-call list.)

OK, now that I'm back and settled, my goals for February are:
3x Ba'Rada frigates (Cold Navy)
10x Felids (Khurasan 15mm)
8x Mekanoids (Khurasan 15mm)
8x Parasachnids (Khurasan 15mm bug things)
15mm terrain project
And if I'm feeling really ambitious, working some more on Kyra and Lavarath which I started in 2009 before I broke my arm.

Probably no worse (or better) than Arkadius' left arm. The gun hand on him was pretty easy, but the other arm is from the elbow down. And, since he has no armor, and the sculpt reflects his grumpy old man stats, that was . . . interesting to pin.
(I finally solved my quandary with pinning the horns on the MKI satyxis raiders sculpts - by trading them away.
)

Just picked up a unit box of Blighted Ogrun Warmongers. In my defence, it was marked down from $48 to $30.
Got it home and realized why it was marked down -- only one 40mm base inside. It's far enough down my painting queue that I have plenty of time to pick up more, but still....

I got distracted tonight. I was looking around, and realized that I have a lot of half-finished projects. So I added a low-hanging fruit, and am going to try and finish off a unit of Immortals and an Ancestral Guardian. I may not use them much, but they should be easy to finish since they are more than half complete, and it's mostly drybrushing work anyway.

Aww, how thoughtful: you're making a snack for my Carnivean.I got distracted tonight. I was looking around, and realized that I have a lot of half-finished projects. Got some tarnished steel basecoat on the Devout and Mr. Hammerfist. Next time I paint a warjack I'm painting the arms separately. Gah!
