Can Anyone advise me on the Reaper Master Color equivalent to Privateer Press's P3 "Rucksack Tan" and P3 "Menoth Highlight"?

For Rucksack Tan try; Stained Ivory (9142), Desert Khaki (9155) or Amber Gold (9032). One of those should be at least close

I don't really see anything close to Menoth Highlight.

I had a look at that one and it doesn't seem to have all of the new Citadel Colors, only the names of the old range translated into the new.
