Can anyone suggest a manufacturer and maybe a link to a website?

I see the price has gone up some, but they are diecast with nice detail and usually a nice weathered paint job.
I have some Victory Force figures now that have been sculpted to fit inside these particular models. I've got drivers, troops for the benches in the back, and machine gunners for the pulpit (not seen in this photo unfortunately).

Off the top of my head there is S&S (who make an M2 I adore) - http://www.sandsmodels.co.uk/
They are 1/60, but fit really well with 28mm
I'd avoid WestWind since they are really on the small side.
Black Tree does some WWI vehicles, I like their M8 -
Army Group North does some 1/60 scale vehicles as well (carried by brigade also)
JTFM makes some great vehicles as well - I really like the stuff he puts out.

Edit - Bolt Action also does vehicles. (carried by Brigade)

As they are selling other halftracks in 1/35 scale, I guess they will make them in 1/48 scale in future.

Untill then they have a German "Sd.Kfz.250/3 Greif" kit. (There abit shorter. So might not be what you're looking for.)
