With the new Malvernis lists in the 1.5 beta, I like the Executioners better than the Specter. RAV 3 with Barrage and FRS, makes it more useful in more situations though the Specter is still good against soft targets.

Yup, Grundor House is the shisnickity.

And the Executioners are the one you faced at RAC Spartan.

The Jo-88C when you positively most nuke the entire field with IFMs (it has 2 IFM w/ AoE of 3)

M-T Regent is also an excellent Fire Support CAV. I field one with my Rapid Response Teams Always keeping it with 6" of the other CAV in the unit. (AA and counter battery baby  )

The Conquerors made my merc's Fire Support Section.

Mitso-Ta makes the Regent, not SyRaM.

How well does that work for you, keeping your Regent within 6 inches of your other units? We (well, Spartan and I) were discussing that tactic not to long ago.

The plan is to use the MAs to pick off damaged units and use the IA's for either only soft targets or as part of a chain fire from a unit with a higher RAV.

I'm not so sure I'd want to get hit by a missile with a "dog brain" AI.

In addition to what Sarge said, the counter barrage allows it to return fire for IFM attacks that occure within a 6" radius around the Regent. Its a good deturrant for keeping IFM from targeting yer Armor Platoon. It would work even better if it had AA (like I thought it did but...).

And the is An M-T... I was just testing ya... yeah that's it

Here is a platoon for my developing merc force, any suggestions on what should be filling the fourth slot?

What do yall like for hover tanks? Thinkin' I may toss a few into a platoon and use 'em to pick off isolated targets.

I'm not so sure I'd want to get hit by a missile with a "dog brain" AI.

Im not too sure. The only ones I have are Chieftans. I currently have 8. They arent bad but I usually dont play Adon so I dont use them too often.

These'll be for my mercs, so any faction may apply. I like the Linked/1 on the Corsair, but it may be a little slow for my intended purpose, and since this is my Merc force don't want to end up with a Rach heavy list. Though I do seem to have a lot of Malvies in my merc force.

Yeah, it's looking like a toss up between the Fang and the En-35r
