Warriors who display a talent for the polearm and the iron will to stand firm against the enemy enter the ranks of the Ironspines. These stalwart knights support their sword-wielding brethren in the field, using their superior reach to give warriors an edge and to break the charge of enemy cavalry. It takes a mind that stays clear in the midst of battle to be an Ironspine, and the members of the regiment are proud of their duty as the anchor to Denelspire's primary defensive force. Now they train also with the young Squires, teaching them that the way of the sword is not always the only one with which to meet the enemy.
