In the Great Swamp, the Reptus have learned that mammals are really only useful as either food or beasts of burden. The great Krungbeasts, giant animals that carry an immense amount of weight, are just such mammals. A few Krungbeasts can be trained for battle and earn themselves extra food by serving their cold-blooded masters well
