Reaper Miniatures is a leading hobby and adventure industry company. Our primary focus is the design and manufacture of pewter miniature figurines, paint and accessories for hobbyist around the world.

Reaper Miniatures was organized by four talented individuals who wanted to create, and be part of, a company that was both exciting and challenging. Founded in Ft Worth, Texas on July 4th 1992, Reaper Miniatures quickly established itself as a leader in pewter miniature design and production. From its inception, Reaper Miniatures has worked closely with artist, sculptors and writers to create a community of endless adventure for consumers around the world.

As a company started in the true traditions of entrepreneurship, Reaper's future is certainly served well by its past. Our company continues to derive significant benefit from its unparalleled reputation with consumers and the adventure game industry for high quality innovative products.

Reaper Online Policies

Return Policy and Questions

Reaper Miniatures is dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction and are committed to providing you the best in world-class figurines and customer service.

If you purchased your products directly from us, you may ship your purchase back within 30 days of receipt for any reason and you will be refunded 100% of your purchase price. Please include the original order number and your return address, and we'll get you taken care of.

If you did not make your purchase directly from our store, exchanges and returns will have to be conducted with the business you purchased your Reaper product from.

Whether you purchase from us directly or not, we will replace defective product for a new unit of the identical item. In these cases, please direct your queries to questions@reapermini.com.

When shipping to us please remember to take whatever steps you feel are necessary to ensure your package arrives safely here at Reaper. We are not liable for any items lost or damaged during their return trip to us.

Shipping Information

We calculate shipping prices based on shipping location and weight of your package using shipping APIs provided by the USPS and UPS. We simply charge you what the carriers charge us.

Orders shipped to a location in the United States over $25 qualify for a free USPS shipping option.

Reaper is not responsible for any taxes or fees levied by local customs officials.

UPS methods are available to US Residents in the contiguous United States with valid street addresses. Members of the non-contiguous states receive USPS unless UPS 2-Day Air is selected. PO Boxes in the US are only eligible for USPS. We ship UPS and USPS in the US, and either USPS or UPS WorldShip internationally.

We fill orders in the next business day following placement (in most cases), and we ship when we fill the orders. For Domestic deliveries, you can expect your package in 1-2 weeks, in most cases. For International deliveries you can expect your package in 2-3 weeks, in most cases.

We offer faster shipping options for US orders through UPS.
Note: UPS ships Monday - Friday only.
For instance: If you select two-day deleivery for an order placed on Thursday, we will fill it on Friday, and UPS will get it to you the following Tuesday off the next week.

Prices as published on our website are subject to change without notice. We don't do it often, but it happens from time to time.

Refunds and Returns
Please include your order paperwork to help us process your return. Once we receive the product, we will issue an e-gift certificate for a full refund via email to be redeemed online for a future purchase. Your gift certificate code does not have an expiration date and will be issued immediately. With it, you can purchase anything in our online store.

If you would like to use our art of figures in a commercial product, please send Ed your request with a brief description of the project and he will usually send you an approval.
